Industrial Style - Offices
​

This floor is a conversion of 3,200 sq feet of open space to an industrial style office setting.  The space includes 5-6 offices, kitchenette, 2 bathrooms, an abundance of open floor space. The decor features polished concrete floors, exposed brick walls, 15ft ceilings, exposed duct work, and 9ft windows.  

Loft Building - Lobby

This part of the building was home to a loading dock for almost 100 years.  It served its purpose for the many businesses that occupied the building over the years.  It is now converted to a 1,100 sq ft lobby that features, 16ft ceilings, exposed brick and metal walls, white oak flooring, industrial chandeliers, glass garage door, renovated freight elevator, and soon to be coffee shop. 
 

Commercial Building - Exterior Entry

The new entrance is the transformation of a former loading dock with an Industrial flair.  This triple layered brick wall was cut out to make way for the new 9' x 9' glass entrance.  With 45 yards of poured concrete this multi-tiered concrete patio includes an ADA ramp with multiple seating options.  The parking lot has custom made bike racks and now holds up to 8 vehicle spaces.
